Triathlon designs and production-manages hardware for high-density and industrial compute infrastructure. We work from early architecture through production release, factory feedback, and field support.

Compute hardware

We support compute hardware programs across electronics, firmware, manufacturing, test, and deployment. Our work is built around production reality: stable supply chains, repeatable test procedures, serviceable design, and fast issue feedback from the field.

Firmware and control

Firmware is part of the product, not an afterthought. We develop board bring-up code, control logic, diagnostics, production firmware, field update flows, and low-level interfaces for compute and infrastructure hardware.

Manufacturing support

Triathlon works with factories and suppliers to move designs into production. This includes BOM control, test strategy, fixture planning, factory bring-up, production debugging, and quality feedback loops.

Why it matters

Large hardware deployments fail in small places: one unstable connector, one weak test step, one undocumented firmware behavior, one supplier substitution, one thermal edge case. We design with those failures in mind.
